SERVICE & MAINTENANCE

Service and Maintenance is the backbone of Jigsaw Fire & we are able to  service and maintain a range of Fire and Emergency Lighting systems, portable fire extinguishers and associated systems regardless of the manufacturer.

 

It is difficult to identify many other systems that operates continuously whilst almost unnoticed, yet at any moment could be expected to play a vital role in the protection of life, property and equipment.

 

A Jigsaw Fire maintenance contract will provide complete peace of mind for your vital fire systems at a competitive rate.

 

All maintenance is carried out in accordance with strict procedures & the requirements of the British Standards

 

BS5839-1:2002 has introduced many new requirements and our procedures and paperwork have been updated as a result and all of our engineers have undergone thorough training.

 

It is this focus, expertise and attention to detail that has been one of the keys to our success.

 

Besides scheduled visits, Jigsaw Fire operates a 24 hour emergency call out service, 365 days a year, for all of our Contract clients.

 

Our engineers are fully trained, well-versed in the culture of quality and in particular, customer service.

 

Our combined field experience and electrical/electronic backgrounds have created a detailed pool of knowledge that covers an extensive range of equipment, both old and new.

Routine & Preventative Maintenance is a vital element in ensuring that any fire or integrated system remains effective & trouble free in operation & that the integrity of the system is preserved at all times.
