System Dilapidation & Longevity Reports

The fire industry is a fast moving, ever changing industry and as technology and legislation develops it is important for clients to monitor the support and compliance of their life safety systems. This is a service available to clients who wish to have their system reviewed by a professional independent company, certified to advise clients on their life safety systems.

 

Consultancy Services

Working closely with Architects, Designers, Building Managers & End Users, Jigsaw Fire are there to deal with the aspect of dealing with local authorities, Building Control & Other governing bodies on behalf of our Clients with the Design of their Detection or Security System. We will ensure that the system not only complies with the requirements of the British Standards, but complies most importantly with the requirements of the Client.

 

3rd Party Verification

We often get asked by our clients to go in & “verify” a system. We will attend site & carry out a 100% test of the system & carry out a detailed survey of the establishment & produce a detailed report on the system, identifying any problems with the installation, to functionality, to the actual design.

 

3rd Party Labour Services

Behind every large organisation, there is a backbone of 3rd party organisations keeping it going. Jigsaw Fire have for over 15 years worked with numerous Fire Detection, Security & Electrical Companies on their behalf carrying out numerous jobs on their behalf. This is normally installation or supply & commission. We are able to offer all Organisations complete discrepancy when it comes to ensuring their clients.

 

Project & Contract Management Services

As part of our Portfolio of Services, Jigsaw Fire are able to offer Project & Contract Management Services, working for 3rd Parties carrying out numerous positions. This can include running a large fire & security installation, where we will run the entire site on your behalf, giving you weekly reports, attending meetings on your behalf, dealing with on site labour & the Client. We have been carrying out Project management on various jobs around the UK & Europe & have successfully managed projects valued to £3.5 Million.
